The Adecco Group supports Plan International's Ukraine response

The situation in Ukraine is dramatic. Over 8 million people have fled their country to escape the bombing and fighting. Their numbers are increasing with each passing hour. Children are particularly suffering from the consequences of the war. The Emergency Funds allows us to provide quick and unbureaucratic help.

War in Ukraine

The situation in Ukraine is dire and it is changing by the hour.

- Since the beginning of the Ukraine crisis more than 8 million Ukrainians have crossed the border of their country

- Men between the ages of 18 and 60 are being asked to remain in the Ukraine to defend their country

- The majority of refugees are women and children. They are particularly vulnerable to abuse and sexual exploitation.

- Refugees, particularly children, are experiencing horrific war time events and are in desperate need of psychosocial support and care

- Many have fled with only the bare minimum and are in urgent need of shelter, blankets and access to food and clean water
